Fees Fees are paid to the treasurer to cover the costs associated with administration and operation of the Band. These costs include the musical director’s salary, registration with the Band Association of NSW, sheet music, equipment and insurance. The fees are $200 per year and includes full instrument insurance for your personal instrument. Student, pensioner and family discounts are available. There is also a $10 joining fee and a $50 jacket deposit required (refundable when returning a jacket and leaving the Band). Members who are unable to attend a rehearsal or performance should enter their name in the apology book and/or phone their section leader Uniforms Women Men Music Folders of music for the Band’s current repertoire are provided, although the music remains the property of the Band. Each member is responsible for their own folder and should bring it to all rehearsals and performances. Everyone is encouraged to practice at home as rehearsal time is limited.
